Squarespace lost me when they raised their prices yet again, and they seriously lost me when I realized a platform like Tertulia existed! Tertulia makes it so easy to set up your new site and develop a web presence. I've been on the platform for a month so far and I can't even count all the things I prefer about Tertulia over other web platforms. Recently, I got myself into an issue with my domain and DNS records, and the team at Tertulia went step by step with me to get it fixed and running smoothly again. I can't thank them enough for the amazing customer service, and the amazing platform!

I screwed up my courage and emailed, expecting that my question would paint me as a simpleton, and I would most likely receive a patronizing answer. I was so wrong. The professionals in Tertulia’s Customer Service department were courteous and eager to help. Without making me feel inadequate, they understood my impasse and educated me with steps to resolve the difficulty I was having. They were quick to respond to emails. They did not mind frequent follow-up emails. I was confident they wanted my website to fully satisfy my standards and those of Tertulia’s. Thank you, Alicia, Lynda, and Iliyah for encouraging me. Creating a website with Tertulia was seamless and incredibly easy. Their customer service is exemplary , they respond to emails promptly. The website is straight forward and easy to use. I highly recommend them.

The actual software was designed to be used easily and quickly. I loved that. But when I did have a question, the Tertulia tech team answered me (within 15 minutes) and solved the issue. The first time! (Just wish they made cars like they do websites.)

Lynda and her team are crazy fast in responding to questions. They have helped me at least 3 times to make significant changes to my website. Sometimes they will fix the problem for you.
