Comparing to Helcim, this is an excellent company
Comparing to Helcim, I would go with Authorize.Net any day. Yes, just like all payment processing companies, they need to make sure you not selling cocaine or doing something illegal like money laundering so they have to verify your account information. After the initial verification, they have been great. After using them for three months, I wrote them a review because they were asking. I wrote on there that besides the trouble with AMEX, this company is good. The next day, someone called and told me what I need to do to fix the AMEX problem. What a good and helpful company.
