Austin Trim & Wholesaler IncReviews of austintrim.co

We ordered some patches and pins and were really impressed with the quality! They even included free packaging and cards for each item, which was such a nice touch. Everything looked great and arrived quickly. Definitely recommend!

I cannot rave enough about Austin Trim! I was in a serious time crunch trying to get a personalized baby blanket to someone in Pakistan — the person delivering it was flying out in just 3 days. I checked with the Pottery Barn monogramming department, but their back-to-school backlog was insane and they couldn’t get it done in time, so I ended up just purchasing the blanket itself. Enter Austin Trim — absolute lifesavers! I placed my order with just 30 minutes’ notice, and not only did they say yes without hesitation, they had the blanket beautifully embroidered, ready and delivered in under 2 days! The stitching was clean, flawless, and so thoughtfully done — even better than what I expected. Fast, friendly, professional, and talented. I’m seriously blown away by their customer service and craftsmanship. I’ll 1000% be coming back for all future embroidery needs. So grateful I found them. HIGHLY recommend!!

As a first-time customer of Austin Trim, I couldn't be more impressed with my experience. I met this organization at the Impressions Conference in Ft. Worth. From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. The communication throughout the process was exemplary. When I needed a custom patch with unusual dimensions, their team went above and beyond to accommodate my requirements. They not only adjusted the graphic to perfectly fit the unconventional size but also offered a fair and competitive price for the work. What truly stood out was their pricing structure. The cost was extremely competitive within the market, and the shipping rates were reasonable - a refreshing combination that's increasingly rare to find. The moment our order arrived, I was absolutely thrilled with the quality. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in the patches were outstanding, demonstrating a level of excellence that's convinced me to make a permanent switch. Based on this exceptional experience, I've decided to transfer all my future patch and related item orders to Austin Trim. In summary, Austin Trim has earned my complete trust and future business through their combination of excellent communication, fair pricing, superior quality, and outstanding customer service.

I have been corresponding to Austin Trim for about 2 weeks. In that time, they answered a million of my questions and pointed me to the right label for my product. They completed the production in 9 days and had it shipped out a day ahead of schedule to my manufacturer. I am truly grateful and impressed with their ability to turn this around so quick. Thanks a million!

The labels looked and felt great. Hamza was super helpful, educated, turned around the artwork and approval samples quickly and sent the labels with the promised window.

We have worked with Austin Trim for several years. They always produce high quality patches at a great price. Their customer service is top notch. I highly recommend them!
