I have now received the correct bag. I contacted the company after the first incorrect order and gave them the opportunity to correct the issue, but the replacement I received was also the wrong purse Aug 24, 2026 and Sep 3, 2026.

We’re truly sorry for the frustration and disappointment this situation has caused you. We completely understand how frustrating it must be to receive the wrong purse twice. We’d like to reassure you that we have already resent the correct item to you, and it is currently on its way. Unfortunately, the recent storm caused a slight delay in the delivery process, but your replacement is still in transit and we’re closely following the shipment. Please know that we are not trying to avoid or overlook this issue. We take your order and your concerns seriously, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you’ve experienced. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we hope the correct purse reaches you very soon. We’ll continue to monitor the shipment until the issue is fully resolved. 💕
