had an order worth of $300. and over $500 of fees and insurance fees. I still have nothing. Worst customer service ever. Keep breaking there promises. Will never ever order from them again. Not trustworthy at all. Please stay away from this company.

SKAM! Ta firma nie sprzedaje peptydów tylko jakiś randomowy proszek. Zamówiłam RETE ale to na pewno nie jest RETA tylko coś co zupełnie nie działa. Nie zamawiajcie od nich. To oszuści!

Scam! Ordered 2 vials of Ret for 2 day delivery. It's now 30 days and no product. Multiple emails from Customer Service appear to be templated. "The order is with the Shipping Department." I requested to cancel after 3 emails of the same response. I was told I can't cancel as the order is in process. Stay away from this company.

Worst company I have ever dealt with, I paid for 2 Tirz and 2 Cargo, over $570 dollars, and I never received my product, I keep getting the run around and it has been 2 weeks now, I will be reporting them to BBB and the Florida Attorney general.

Not really impressed with how long it takes to process and ship the order. This will be my 3rd order and most likely the last. Research has its time limits and although they offer a slightly different variety I can find it elsewhere.

Their customer serivce is top notch. Before i went grey i ordered with them and not only is their pricing competitive but their sourcing for their products are some of the best ive seen in the industry so far. Shout out to jennifer for being so attentive to my numerous emails.

I don’t trust these peptides at all. Mine were labeled wrong and they said I could return them (at my expense) & I could get a store credit. I’ve purchased peptides from multiple companies and this one is the worst. The way they were shipped was ridiculous. 4 vials thrown in an envelope together to bounce around against each other during shipping. The fact they were labeled wrong and I don’t even know what I was taking concerns me. I don’t want a store credit. They should’ve just offered a refund and I wouldn’t be writing this review.

If I can give a 0 star I would. Waiting and waiting for the delivery of my product. Paid for shipping but the compadelivering is trash and aurapeptides for choosing them is a bigger trash. Never again. Today is 3/19/26. I received my peptide and it came broken in my package to make the situation worse. Don't recommend them stay away from this company.
