A full report was available inside your dashboard at any time, which you did access, and where you also left positive feedback on the campaign itself. We also want to be transparent: Aura manages ad delivery and targeting, but cost-per-result fluctuates based on Meta's auction, your music, your genre, and market competition - this is true of any Meta-powered platform, and it's disclosed upfront. Hi Eric, Glad the streams and followers moved - that's the job. On billing: as mentioned in our previous conversation, our platform uses Stripe, which processes payments through whichever method is saved in your account. There's no ability on our end to override that. As for the refund amount, campaigns that had already started spending on Meta had that spend deducted before the refund - which is standard and disclosed. We went beyond our policy on several transactions to make this right. Appreciate the recommendation regardless.
