Didn’t send a variety of products same colors

Please DO NOT ORDER !!!! Putting a claim with a bank now. Products are not shipped and company is not replying any longer.

Have been trying for months to have a credit actually "credited" to my account and it's been impossible to get the staff to honor their word. Keep getting the run around. Been a loyal customer for years and it's disappointing to be treated this way. Buyer beware!

This company always has products out of stock and doesn't even tell you. Then they will ship half of your $2000+ order for you only to realize once you get it that you're missing half your stuff. Then when you try and get in touch with them they will ignore your emails that they were once so prompt to answer when placing an order. And don't even try to call them because NO ONE ANSWERS. The phone will ring and ring and ring. RUN FROM AURLAINE BEAUTY

I have never received my order. It normally comes in about a week. Ordered May 12th, it is May 27th and it still hasn't even been sent. I need some things for clients, so that has passed. I have emailed several times with no answer.

I ordered my product on May 2nd and have yet to receive a tracking number, a response, I’ve called numerous times and no response. Very disappointed and I still haven’t received any product.

I canceled my order within the same hour I placed it. Simply changed my mind. However, I was told I can expect a full refund within 10 business days, and I am still waiting three weeks later with no response from Auraline.
