I've learned so much about trading precious metals from the Augusta team over the last 3 weeks. They have been there to answer each of questions and spend time to make sure i was getting educated along the way. The support staff is exceptional. Thanks for all the help. Randall

I've dealt with other precious metals companies but Augusta Precious Metals, by far, exceeds all expectations. They take the time to explain all aspects of the purchasing procedure.

The Augusta staff I interacted with were knowledgable and professional. No one exerted hard-sell tactics or other pressure in an attempt to get me to move forward with any purchase transaction with Augusta. Instead, they provided valuable educational information about purchasing and owning precious metals designed to support me in making my own decisions. They also welcomed my questions and answered all of them clearly and completely, making the overall process seemless.

The experience with Alan was good. He explained the process concisely and I understood what to expect when the lady called to confirm my needs and what steps to take to complete the transaction.

Hello, Sara -- so good to hear this. The Augusta Precious Metals team includes educators who can give retirement savers clear information and helpful answers, with the kind of service that makes a precious metals transaction easy to navigate. We appreciate your trust in us. Sincerely, The Augusta Customer Care Team
I am new to opening a precious metals self directed IRA , but like most I was researching numerous metal companies out there and becoming more and more confused. The one thing that I noticed was that Augusta was almost always ranked or mentioned as the #1 in the industry. When I reached out to Augusta I could see why they are held in such high regard, and they are true to their business plan of wanting to educate a client before moving forward. If you call Augusta you will not regret it , you will rest easy and feel self assured that you made a great decision in your financial situation.

We really appreciate the confidence you placed in us. Sincerely, The Augusta Customer Care Team
Augusta Metals made buying back my gold and silver coins a very straightforward process. The team was extremely helpful and answered all questions I had. Once the process started, it took less than 10 days to receive a check. I would definitely recommend them if you need to sell your coins.
