I own over 2,500 original plugins, and Audio Deluxe is my go-to retailer! They are extremely professional, and their prices are absolutely unbeatable! Furthermore, they offer technical support that is knowledgeable, highly efficient, and truly kind.

I've now bought a number of products from AudioDeluxe and compelled to express just how impressed I've been with their customer service ethics. With one of the products, I was having a problem with registering it both in my DAW and on the related account of the plugin brand that I'd bought. It was proving more difficult than anticipated but the support team at AudioDeluxe persevered in helping me get to a successful license registration. Well done AudioDeluxe support team. Your support left me with a most positive experience so I'd recommend you to any of my musos.

I purchased a plugin license from their website and completed the payment, but I never received the product or the license details. I contacted their support team several times, but they haven't replied to my emails or provided any solution. This is extremely frustrating, especially after paying for a product that I never received. I now have to request a refund and consider taking further action to recover my money for a product that was never delivered. Very disappointing experience. I definitely won't be purchasing anything from this company again.

I had a little hiccup in my order as I didn't tick the free extra software. Support was quick and effective.

They really went out their way to rectify a problem I had after purchasing, for that I can only express gratitude. Plus their prices are some of the best around. Will definitely continue to use them for my plugin purchases in the future. A++

I’m impressed! I bought Syphobia few days ago and my transaction was suspended just to give me, one day later, really big discount - promotion sell started one day after my shopping.. I’m so happy and thankful! I’ve never seen such a kind way of treating clients…:)) I’ll be back soon!:) Highly recommended!! Szymon Wysocki/Poland
