Most publishers do not give us the audiobooks broken up into chapters. We normalize them into 10 minute tracks for efficiency purposes when downloading or streaming them. We occasionally get a file or files from the publishers that have issues with them. When we receive reports of these issues we get new copies from the publisher and get them fixed quickly.
