Spotify suspended my account using Audifab. I want money back from audifab

This software violates Spotify user agreements. My account was suspended.

Mon compte a été suspendu par Spotify pour non-respect des conditions d'utilisation mais ils ont continué à prélever le montant mensuel. J'ai donc ouvert après un autre compte qui a aussi été suspendu et j'ai recommencé en essayant plusieurs méthodes Audifab. Aucune n'a fonctionné, tous mes comptes ont été suspendus . AudiFab Spotify n'est donc pas fiable du tout.

I’m thankful that audifab offers services on such high level. I never had a problem with their software on my Mac. During vacation I bought their software for one month and when issues toke place customer service did a great job!
