I have worked with Audibel since 2001 and have received high quality service, products, and support. The entire organization is professional, dedicated, and caring. Hearing is definitely their concern.

One your newest Via 2400 and 2400 AI we have had multiple issues with batt drain and connectivity. When we receive it back from repair all they do is replace device but never tell me what the problem is. Then with a new product I have run into the same problem more than once.
