They did unlock after 3 week, they use to say many reasons for late but anyway they finally did successfully

The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't get ahold of anyone at the "customer service number" listed, but I did get quick responses via email. Also, it took a little longer than I expected, about 4 days, but chances are it was an AT&T maintenance thing so no big deal.
