Thank you for leaving your review, I really apologize that your experience with AT&T iPhone Unlock has not been positive. We apologize for the delay, usually we are compiling information from both parties to ensure that once it is reinstated there are no further problems. We delivered your unlocking request to the carrier according our delivery time. But we are not able to control the process of unlocking as we don't unlock iPhones directly. I assure you that you will receive unlocking results during next week. Also we guarantee full refund if unlock fails. Please get in touch with us directly at [email protected] if you have any other questions or queries. I apologize again if you were not happy with your experience on our site. Kind regards AT&T iPhone Unlock Team

Kevin Thanks for your review. According to our database your order was received on March 24, 2014 Time: 06:34 p.m PDT Then the order was replied with NOT FOUND result on May 1, 2014 Time: 03.56 a.m. PDT and was refunded on May 8, 2014 Time: 04.22 p.m. PDT. Please note the whole process took one months but not three as you stated. Unfortunately we were unable to unlock your handset even repeated IMEI submission efforts were taken. It caused the unlock process to take longer than usual, and resulted in an unusual failure. On rare occasions, due to technical issues beyond our control, this can happen. However, as per our terms and conditions, a full and unconditional refund has been issued. Sorry for the inconvenience it may have caused you.

Sorry, but it doesn't depend on us. We are the company that sends unlocking requests. We never promise strict delivery time as well as firm price. AT&T has changed their policy and we had to adapt. Sorry for inconveniences.
