We are a manufacturer of GM truck van and SUV automatic transmissions. We specialize in 4L60E transmissions. Our units are completely rebuilt like new with all OEM updates includes torque converter and a 5-year unlimited mileage warranty.

I ordered a transmission from you two weeks ago and still yet to see it even ship. I was hoping when I ordered the transmission it would of been here in a week. Very disappointed.

Please call us.. We should have by now taken care of you!! and maybe this could be revised and turned positive. I know we do care and are dedicated to our customers and their satisfaction
Got my order, missing a major part. Called right away to let them know about it. Took 2 weeks to get the rest of it and 4 emails. I'll never buy parts online again. Worst thing I ever done.

Susan I believe you were missing the torque converter and it was backordered we purchase them from another supplier. It would be nice if that transmission is working great for you to reconsider based upon the product quality and overall performance due to the converter being out of our hands but an unforeseen situation thanks we truly value you and your business
Well here we go ,yes great price ,great warranty unlimited mileage,,,bull on getting it shipped to me after i purchased it...on november 20th 2018,,,never got shipped until november 30th 2018... and here it is december 10th still have not recieved it not going to untill dec.11th at 3pm the shipping states....this is not good business......and all they ofered me was an extra 5yr.warranty....when i ordered this it stated 5 day shipping business days that is...not very speedy ....ive managed too lose my job out this delay ...and it has cost mt 35.00 perday storage fee for my truck being in the shop ...thanks again atransmissions....never again ...there others offering the same thing .....when puchased they took the money out of bank acct.1 hr later....ill make sure to let all the shops here in the northestern vt...about how long it takes

Mr. Woodward, I do see your purchase for the 1993 chevrolet pickup truck 4L60e 4 wheel drive. That was purchased on 11-21-2018 we shipped it on 12-3-18 but for some reason the shipping carrier R and L carriers. had the product tied up into like the 10th. Truthfully no fault of our own, but I understand regardless how Mr. Woodward could be frustrated with that since we didn't know that would happen. it is usually 2 days from Michigan to Vermont once it ships at a 98% success rate. For carriers flaws We gave Mr. Woodward additional warranty. Offered him a refund so He could purchase elsewhere. He choose to keep product and accept the consolation. Respectfully its obviously important to us that all of our customers are 100% satisfied. Why would anyone want anything other then that? Thanks Wayne. I gave it some time but glad you were able to receive the product and things must be going great now with vehicle since our last conversation. Have a great weekend and even positive New year
