Chris Z was so helpful. I purchased the wrong microsoft package, he immediately sent me the correct version. I had trouble downloading, he gave me his direct work number to call with any questions. He answered the phone right away and fixed my issues. Thank you so much!

I called Atom Software because I could not access my Office software. Charles helped me through the process with patience and kindness. I am older so I appreciate this in the younger generation.

A very patient person. He listens carefully, asks questions and acts. While I was at times not cooperative, he did not loose his patience. He is definitely an asset to the company.
