Hello, I was recently assisted by Charles. He spent at least a couple hours helping me to get the recent Microsoft Office 2019 Home and Student for Mac working properly. I was having trouble getting Microsoft Word and Power Point and Excel to open. He discovered the problem and handled it wonderfully.I am very happy with the results of this technical assistance. And, he gave me his phone number to call if I had any additional problems. He offered unhurried and thorough assistance. Thank you Charles.
