The agent was very helpful and resolved all my issues. I would highly recommend this service again.

Initially I was concerned, because there seemed to be an issue with the Microsoft program and my computer. However, it turns out that it was compatible, and the help I received has been great. Charles answered every email that I sent and persevered in reaching out to me so I could install the program. He assisted me and was extremely helpful and patient. I couldn't have done it without him. I am very pleased with this company.

The service was excellence, the tech was great with passion and very knowledgable.
