Charles was great

Very professional, Helpful and excellent explanation of questions.

My uninstall didn't complete and I had multiple install problems. I spoke with tech support and tried to fix it unsuccessfully. Having the same helpful tech support each time I called back saved a lot of aggregation and worked out very well. Great tech support and a great idea to allow me to connect to same person each time

My experience with Atom Software was excellent and the representative was very patient and helpful.
