Horrible support. They say they didn't receive support requests and then acknowledge them during a chat. they get you off the phone with a follow up promise and never deliver. Terrible company

AtomChat has been an absolute nightmare to work with. The platform is so plagued with bugs that it’s practically unusable. Constant crashes, lost messages, and a horribly outdated interface make it more of a headache than a solution. To make matters worse, their customer support is a joke—slow responses, canned replies, and zero accountability. It’s clear they don’t care about their customers or the quality of their product. I regret ever choosing AtomChat and would strongly advise anyone to stay far away from this disaster of a service. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM.

This company is horrible!! They been waiting my time and money for service that I never received. COSTUMER SERVICE 0 EVERYTHING ELSE 0 When I asked for refund,no response!!!! Be aware!
