Atmos EnergyReviews of atmosenergy.com

THEY CLAIMED MY METER WAS NOT WORKING. SO THEY REPLACED WHILE I WAS AT WORK. I HAD TO WAIT 3 DAYS TO GET MY GAS TURNED ON. SO I HAD HOT WATER AND NO HEAT IN THE HOUSE IN THE MIDDLE OF WINTER. THEN THEY SEND ME 2 BILLS 1 FOR 24.47 AND ANOTHER ONE FOR 48.94. WHEN I GO PAY THE BILL ONLINE I GET SURPRISE BILL OF 305. WOW SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO WITH ANYONE ELSE. TRASH ASS COMPANY DOES NOT NO HOW TO DUE BUSSINES.

I moved out of my rental house 3 months ago and they sent me a bill saying I need to pay it, when i explained that I do not live their any more they told me im still responsible. That was all. No help by ANY MEANS No tranfer offer literally NOTHING. Now im paying $124 dollers for a complete STRANGER!!! Im livid. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

I live in a city where it’s between them and another vendor. They’ve cornered the market, so they know they can treat you like sh** and nothing will happen to them.

We have been trying to get gas turned on at our house for over a week and they keep driving by without doing the work (just scheduled 3rd visit). My wife has been outside both times the technician has claimed he came to the door and I can provide video evidence. She even ran after his truck the first time. Atmos, please call me out and provide the proof that your technician did indeed come to the door. You won't because you can't. I've got a video system that rivals Fort Knox and have video saved from the exact times they claimed they showed up.

While there is deregulation with gas companies, this particular one should be regulated.Im shocked they don’t have bad reviews on here as they do on google and other sites. They remind me of TXU with their price gouging, unethical and deceptive practices. They are the only company I’ve ever known to send two bills within one month. If you pay early, that’s a bad idea because you will still accumulate charges from that day to the actual due date. I’ve actually looked at the bills a second time because the dates where they charge for services overlap so you end up paying two bills one month.it really doesn’t matter when they say they checked meter, or when it’s due, they already have an estimated amount they’re going to charge. They charged me $65 to connect service and my service was already in and connected. The man that came out made several comments to confirm that, with the first and last visit. He told me that the trip was unnecessary because your service is already connected and connections are not within the units in the newer models as apartment complexes. He didn’t have to do anything and even muttered on the way out, he wish he had of called first to talk to office about their connections. He was in and out.
