The people I am dealing with at Atlas are friendly and answers my questions to the best of their knowledge.

I have been a client of Atlas Debt Relief sense August of 2023, I am still getting calls from my creditors every day! I’m still getting statements every month, and documents stating that accounts are going to be “charged off” or sent to collection agencies! So needless to say I’m not really happy with Atlas Debt Relief so far.

Taking a long time to negotiate.

I would like like to have my creditor stop sending me all those messages every day.

I would like better communication. Better information about the process. I do better with a phone call for updates on what the company is doing with my debtors. Also assign a person to my case so I have a person who I can call who is responsible for my account.

Very easy to talk to customer service, helpful and respectful.

Atlas helped me get out of debt after retirement and the resulting lower income. Customer service reps were well informed and professional when I had questions. Thank you!
