Atari VCSReviews of atarivcs.com

A legacy destroyed to prey on those eager to reminisce about the joy of the original Atari consoles. Product is useless and unable to connect to what may be a nonexistent server so no games were playable. Customer service responds with cut and paste answers that fail to address your request for a return or refund. Total scam using the name of a once trusted company

This company did not respect their words (email exchange available). They are no handling my case properly. And currently I considered they lied to me in full conscience to get they hands on a substantial amount of money. Their customer support seems only able to cut and paste big chunk of useless information, or even invite you to contact third parties... They did not answer any (none) of my personal request so far. Only experienced incompetence, lies and complete lack of respect so far... Typically the kind of company you do not want to be in business with, just a shame and a huge waste of money!
