Bien reçu la mini 400 pourtant en lisant les avis 😰

I placed an order totaling $451.61 that included an Intellivision Sprint, an Atari Gamestation Go, and a Gamestation Gamepad. The Intellivision Sprint was delivered, but the other two items have been pending since August 20. I contacted Atari Support and was told they would investigate the issue. I haven’t received an update or a resolution. I’m very disappointed by the after-sales support I’ve received from a company as established and well-known as Atari. I expected much better communication and follow-through.

I have not received my order since July 28. I contacted Atari, where I was assured that the shipment would be sent and I would soon receive a tracking number. To date, I have received nothing. They have taken the money, so I am reporting this fraud to the consumer protection office. My lawyer will issue a formal letter regarding this matter. 1st order and my last. Stay away !

This is absolutely outrageous! I cannot stay silent about this any longer. I ordered a hoodie from Atari 125 days ago, and since then—total radio silence. I haven't received the product, there is no response from their customer service, and I certainly haven't seen a single cent of my money returned. I am warning everyone: stay away from them! Do not place any orders with Atari. This is shameful conduct that borders on a scam. Do not give them your money. Be very careful!

Avoid pre ordering or buying anything directly from Atari. I placed a preorder months ago for the Nintendo Switch version of "Bubby 4D Pawsome Edition" (Order #152461). When it finally delivered, their warehouse completely messed up and sent me a physical copy for a totally different platform the Nintendo Switch 2 a console I don't even own. When I contacted customer support, an agent named Muskaan openly admitted in writing that it was a "warehouse mix-up" on their end. However, instead of taking accountability and sending the correct item or issuing a manual full refund, they forced me to use their broken, automated self serve return portal. Their automated system refused to reimburse the initial $5.99 shipping charge I paid. Because of Atari's blatant mistake, I was penalized and shortchanged on my refund, essentially paying a "tax" for their warehouse blunder. To make matters worse, trying to get a human to fix it means fighting a brick wall of automated bots. They traded on old nostalgia to get my support as a physical media collector, but their operation is run with zero integrity. They send the wrong items, hide behind broken customer service algorithms, and pocket customer shipping fees when they screw up. I am blacklisting this company permanently. Buyers beware.

Title: Returned item not refunded after over a month – no proper investigation or resolution Review: I returned a game order using the prepaid return label provided by Atari over a month ago. The tracking shows it was collected, but the package has since gone missing in transit and I have still not received my refund. Despite contacting customer support multiple times, I have only received repeated generic responses saying they are “waiting for updates” or “checking with the team.” No investigation reference number has been provided, and there has been no clear confirmation that the courier has actually been contacted or that a formal investigation has been opened. As a customer, I fulfilled my responsibility by returning the item using the label provided by Atari. At this point, the issue lies between Atari and their courier, yet I am being left without a resolution or timeframe after more than a month of waiting. The lack of urgency and meaningful progress has been very disappointing. I am now being forced to escalate the matter externally through my payment provider and consumer protection channels. I hope Atari improves how return investigations are handled, as this experience has not reflected a reliable or customer-focused process.

I purchased the Mortal Kombat Collection on Switch 2. They sent me the Xbox version and have still not corrected.

If you have a problem don't expect any help from these guys. Charged import duties twice due to their error in filling out customs form. Had to go direct to customs and exise to claim my money back. Avoid!
