Their support has been awful. I was left waiting over 12 hours for a response on a service that claims to offer 24/7 support. After experiencing this, I can’t recommend their services at all — it clearly isn’t true 24/7 support.

Hosting is cheap and good but the support is terrible takes days to responsed. Even on their reseller account.

They quote 20 minutes responses, I am only a few days in and trying to get things to run smoothly, initially contact was there, but now I have not had contact for a whole day after submitting a ticket and chasing several times. Not sure how or whether these are good enough for business hosting, maybe an enthusiast or hobby websites may be ok but business level I am not so sure. We will see if we get a better response after this review.
