Asura HostingReviews of asurahosting.com

I have been using their Asura hosting for almost 3 years and i have never had any problem, sometimes when I try to contact them they respond within a short time but their server speed and hosting service are very superb another good thing is that if you don't have the payment they also give a very extra time frame and their discount offer is also very good which I am very happy with Asura Hosting Goodtogo!!

I have a reseller account with them, hosting about 49 domains with them, quite happy, have never considered to move. All the way from Zimbabwe, am loving it!

I've been using AsuraHosting now since December 2024 and i've had nothing but a great experience, I am on the Web Hosting DirectAdmin Unlimited plan for £2.29 a month and it's been brilliant and so cost effective for our business. The only issue we've ever had has been with setting up SSL certificates in DirectAdmin but i know that's not an issue with Asura and is most likely just our user error. The Customer support has also been the best i've ever seen from any other business, The last ticket we opened with the support had a response within just 15 minutes and the issue was solved with a few messages in just under 1 hour, which is gobsmacking. I would highly reccomend AsuraHosting for all different types of hosting from Regular Webhosting, Webhosting reselling plans and even Radio hosting too! Thank you for providing us with great service and we will continue to use AsuraHosting for the forseeable future.

Worst Hosting Ever. My plugins keep deactivating automatically every 24 hours

I’ve had an excellent experience with Asura Hosting. Their servers are fast, uptime has been consistently reliable, and whenever I needed help, the support team responded quickly and professionally. Everything from setup to daily use has been smooth, and the pricing is very fair for the quality they provide. Overall, a genuinely great hosting provider that I’m happy to recommend.

I was taken in by the bells and whistles and bright flashy lights! Promises of fast speeds (LIE), promises of technical help 24/7 (LIE) Promises of FREE SSL certificates (LIE None issued) Promises of user Friendly web building through Sitepad (LIE) I took out a plan early on 14th November, cancelled later that day because I didn't get what I was promised. Web builder wasn't allowing me to alter the pages they set up! I had to delete the website several times before I could get something to work but still couldn't add my own text, pictures or widgets. So is a package from Asura Hosting worth it? Might be cheap but you know what they say about cheap? Cheap and nasty. That is certainly my opinion of this scamming company. It might be that issues come around that their techs can't sort out but I would certainly warn against being taken in by their over zealous bells and whistles. Stay away from this company unless you want your generous portion of excessive stress and possibly a trip to the hospital. CANCELLATION: I looked for the cancellation request link - yes they do have one, but it is buried deep within the control panel. It is like they don't want you to find it. It took me over two hours to find it! So you want to cancel? Unless you are very fortunate be prepared for a two hour search for the cancellation request link. Given that they're slow with their customer service use the link as it will speed things up. I'm looking to take on Ionos a UK based hosting company with some very good deals. I'm afraid you'll have to do the search for them. BUT here's my warning Asura Hosting is the worst company to rely on if you want to get out there to be noticed by your potential customers! I am sure you'll find a better hosting company than this shower! EDIT: Since writing this review I have discovered that despite my requesting to be invoiced and to pay in GBP, Asura Hosting changed the currency without my consent or knowledge. This practice is unlawful and also breaks the card payment rules at VISA. Because Asura changed the currency without my consent I was charged a foreign transaction fee and a bank charge for overseas card payment. Had they NOT changed the currency, I wouldn't have been charged. I am angry that Asura use in my opinion dubious practices to get trade. I have raised an issue for the attention of Trading Standards who will look into their trading practices. ASURA HOSTING Please do not ask me to contact you from this review, I won't be doing it. You have nothing to offer me, I'm moving on.

I use them to operate an online radio platform, I am very satisfied with the service, the quality and price ratio is amazingly good, I especially like the support because they respond very quickly and the problems are solved. I can recommend them!

Supper bad support, i did not even revived my order after paying. it's feel like scam if they do it like this, on website said inkstand account setup. after order its been 24 hour no support reply's at all..
