Hello and thank you for your review. After investigation, we see that you have successfully opened a support case with us and requested support. That support was provided to you and we provided the requested profiles in the ticket. Furthermore, we see that a refund was issued to you (details in the same ticket). To clarify - [email protected] is the correct email address and it is confirmed working. Unfortunately, your review does not reflect your actual support experience. We are happy to discuss this with your further either phone or the existing ticket. UPDATE: We looked into this further and it appears you sent a request to [email protected], not [email protected]. We do not accept support requests on our sales address.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. AstroVPN / Veilock was recently acquired by Nubinity, LLC (nubinity.com). We understand your frustration, and this is certainly not the experience we want you to have. Please note that your review refers to a period before our team at Nubinity acquired the VPN service. Hi there, Victor! Thank you kindly for the detailed review, and for allowing us to demonstrate the power of our bypassing technology, which can indeed take a few hours for China's network to develop trust in (as our bypass is unique per customer). Support responsiveness is something we're collectively working on improving, and we're thankful for your patience and understanding during these challenges.

Hi there, Lenore! Thank you for this review and for sharing your experience with our product. Our support team is rather limited, and as you mentioned, heavily relies on a few specific people currently. In the case of our VPN's performance for you, we'd be very happy to offer you a full refund in this circumstance for the inconvenience. Please feel free to contact our support email and we'd be happy to get that started for you.
