Hi Melanie, Thank you for your review! We understand how important it is to receive your order promptly. We've checked and can see that your order was successfully placed yesterday, May 5th, not May 3rd. Our processing time takes 1-2 business days, and we use USPS Priority Shipping, which usually takes 3-5 business days. Rest assured, you'll receive an email with the tracking information once it's shipped. In the meantime, one of our specialists has reached out via email as well for further information regarding your order status. We appreciate your understanding and opportunity to clarify this for you!

Hi Brandy, Thank you for your review! We’re really sorry to hear about your experience — this is absolutely not the level of service we want, especially for a loyal customer who has supported us for years. After reviewing our records, we found that we emailed in February requesting confirmation of your Venmo payment, but unfortunately we never received a reply with the payment screenshot, so the order wasn’t released for shipping. That said, we want to make this right. One of our specialists has reached out via email to help verify your payment and ensure you receive the product you paid for as quickly as possible. Please check your inbox (and spam folder just in case), and we’ll take it from there. Thank you for your patience — we truly appreciate your long-time support and look forward to resolving this for you!
