Our salon just got an inspection from NY state. They are saying that we don’t face the correct forms for our lability. Can you send me that form? Thank you Cindy Lavigne

I need a "binder" to be compliant with NY state inspectors. It's a certificate of liability insurance form? Some of my coworkers were fined for not having it on site yesterday. Otherwise, 5 stars. Very nice insurance. I also need a second copy of both of my policies (one is for skincare) so that I can have a copy in 2 locations.
