Boiler broke
Boiler broke, Tom investigated, new pump was required and fitted (Tom did advise that he recommended a new boiler at this point), the boiler worked for about another 5 days and broke again, this time it was the flu, Tom replaced the flu (£354) and then realised the coil had broken, at this point I had no option but to replace the boiler. Tom justified replacing the flu but I am not 100% sure this was ever required, I don't think he was trying to con me I just think he made an error with the flu, Was very quick to call me and ask for payment for everything despite his invoicing stating 14 day payment terms.
