Asomtom EbikeReviews of asomtom.com

Good luck receiving anything you order in a timely manner..took 3 weeks to get the SR6 had to get my financial institution involved to request a refund then they decided to FINALLY ship the bike. Same thing happened when ordering another charger had to threaten to cancel the order before it shipped, now I'm dealing with trying to get a front tire part it's been 6 business days and still hasn't shipped. I live rural, the tires and inner tubes are useless. Already upgraded tires and inner tubes with dirt bike tires and inner tubes. This is a Chinese based company, they have no locations in the USA. I would strongly suggest you keep looking unless you just like playing the waiting game. Customer service rep Willow says she'll get the part shipped as soon as possible but it been 6 business days and still not shipped. They love keeping your money without providing the product. UNACCEPTABLE!!! Buy American made products when possible.

Ridiculous got dual motor cargo bike from co one of the battery chargers was defective apparently they wouldn't send me a new one replacement clamimg no warranty on it which is Ridiculous never had it very long gd thing I had other battery charger to rely on or I would be screwed had to pay over 69.00 to get new replacement of one that was defective thats not good business customer service they should've honor made gd of sending me new one replacement.

Overall, the SR6 is a good-looking bike that handles well, but my experience with the warranty department has been extremely disappointing. The bike has only approximately 42 hours of use, yet a thin plastic dust seal in the steering neck became crushed, creating a gap that allowed movement. As a result, the steering head bearings came apart, making the bike unsafe to steer. The manufacturer classified this as "normal wear and tear" and refused to cover it under warranty. I have ridden, plenty of mountain bikes in my life, and this has never happened. and now I have to pay to have it prepared. I'm also dealing with a second warranty issue involving a failed battery that they have refused to cover. The bike itself has potential, but a warranty is only as good as the company standing behind it. Based on my experience with their warranty department, I would not purchase another bike from this company. Some of the parts are very cheap and fall apart including the wing for the seat, I already had to buy a new one It literally broke right in my hand.

I recently purchased an SR6 electric bike from this store, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The customer service team was incredibly helpful and responsive, guiding me through the purchase process and answering all my questions. The bike itself is of excellent quality, and I'm thrilled with its performance.

My shopping experience at this store was fantastic. The website was easy to navigate, and the product descriptions were detailed and accurate. I ordered a Mammoth, and it arrived much quicker than I expected. The bike was well-packaged and in perfect condition. The store kept me updated throughout the shipping process, and I appreciated the prompt communication.

I recently purchased an ASOMTOM eBike, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The eBike is not only stylish but also incredibly efficient. It has made my daily commute so much easier and enjoyable. The removable battery is a game-changer, and the speed is just perfect for city rides. The customer service was outstanding, addressing all my concerns promptly.
