Prophetess Phyllis is always great I just wish she was on more it's hard to reach her

I will not be returning to AskNow after the customer service experience I had. I previously disputed a $40 membership charge because I never knowingly signed up for a membership and never received or used a reading for that charge. When I later called AskNow because I was actually interested in paying for a new reading, the representative told me I would have to pay the disputed $40 first. What bothered me most was the way I was spoken to. The representative was rude and made me feel as though I had done something wrong for disputing a charge that I did not recognize or knowingly authorize. I was willing to come back and spend money with AskNow, but after this experience, I will not be returning. Good customer service matters, especially when a customer is trying to resolve a billing issue. I would rather take my business elsewhere than continue using a company that treats customers this way. I hope AskNow takes this complaint seriously and reviews how billing disputes are handled by its customer service representatives.

The advisors are very intuitive that are on this site....I have gained clarity and solace after speaking with the ones I had spoken with on here...i would never hesitate to recommend anyone that is here if you are seeking clarity or guidance for your situation...

I only use Selena because she reads me the best. I highly recommend her as she picks up whatever is happening at the current time.
