Payment was on time, although you'd expect much more commitment, but you get paid for every minute

process good though a bit too technical and complex process

As I have begun working as an ethos contractor, am finding it to be an interesting and exciting opportunity. The playbooks provided, materials are thorough and provide the ability to independently accomplish trainings and tasks. I find the most challenging part of the campaign I am currently working on is getting into the queue to then complete tasks during a timeframe that you are available to work. Slack been a useful reference for user inquiries and wonderful way to be part of an online global workspace. Additionally, it provides a great resource to access managers for questions around the clock. I hope to get the opportunity to work on a variety of contracts with Ethos. It is encouraging to be part of a new AI company that is looking to create jobs for people using these new technologies. I appreciate the ability to work remotely, be part of the AI evolution, and enjoy the global reach that this company is building.

It was a great experience and all the participants were provided with clear and timely communication in order to have everything needed to perform the task properly. Unfortunately for me considering the tight deadline and different time zone I was not able to find enough time to practise.

Overall it has been a good experience and I would love to continue working with Ethos in future projects. The only frustrating aspect has been the lack of available tasks on the Application, Sometimes I waste hours clicking on joining queue and getting the "queue is full" message, so there have been days where i do nothing.

I've done the work asked of me, and I've been paid for the work I've done. Communication could be better. There's a vibe of disorganization. But again, I did work and got paid. If it were bogus, that wouldn't have happened.
