Overall I love the clarisonic product that I bought from this website, but I have never received any emails from askderm.com for order confirmation or shipping confirmation after I placed my order. This made me confused.

I like Ask Derm - you offer great products and products arrive in great condition and often very fast. I'd use Ask Derm exclusively if you offered more product lines. I do enjoy your discounts - particularly because you aren't constantly having a sale. Some sites have discounts so frequently, I would never buy anything at full price from them.

I got 30%off for Mia2 and free mail, the mail is priority mail when I got it. One thing I am not satisfy is I did not get any email when I put the order.

I appreciate the sales offered and the quick shipping. It's also nice getting the samples with each order. The web site, though, is so frustrating. I end up checking out as a guest every time because it wants you to use some bizarre password. I think there may be some sort of rewards program, but obviously I'm never going to reap the benefits because I can never get it to accept my password and it doesn't remember any information based on my email address.

i have been a customer for over 2 years and will continue to be one. Excellent product selection, good prices and very good service. Would like to see better free samples or even paid samples of the higher end prducts.
