I placed my order about a week before I was to arrive at my second home in Maui so I would not have to carry the products on the airplane. I was amazed when the front office of our condo complex called me 3 days before we left the Mainland to inform me that my package had already been delivered!

It is been a pleasure experience to purchase a product with askderm. Immediately they assigned an agent to take care of my purchase. But in my case I did not use/contact the agent, as the purchase process was smooth sailing. They provided some sample beauty products to test. It is nice and I definitely will come in future make more purchase.

I found a product that I loved but could not quite afford. Askderm was running a buy one get one half off and it allowed me to purchase a few months of my product. I am very pleased and the shipping was free and fast.

I've ordered only three times from askderm.com, but each order was processed quickly and accurately, and I received my products earlier than expected each time. So no problems with any order, but I feel that if I did have a problem they would make it right. I appreciate that they included samples of products with every order. Because of sensitive skin, I really hate to purchase skincare products without trying samples first. Although some of the products I purchased I saw elsewhere for less money, I chose to return to askderm.com because of the speedy delivery and because I want to support companies I believe sell good products and have good customer service. To me, that is worth a little extra money.

I ordered the product and within 4 days I received it!! Packaging superb, product just what I ordered with some free samples included! Truly one of the best buying experiences I have ever had!
