Total scam. Never given an account number, but with my credit card number, they keep on billling. No way to contact them. STAY AWAY!!!

Emily was FANTASTIC! Super knowledgeable ajd extremely professional. Was able to diagnose and correct the issue with my Samsung phone massaging. I was actually ready to go buy a new phone for over $1500, but with her expertise, I didn't need to spend the dollars! I recommend Just Answer 100%!!!
