Cobby was able to walk me through all of what it took to get my printer back online. He was patient with me when I asked questions gave me excellent guidance.

This was a fairly complex problem as the mechanism in the grinding unit needed to have a couple pieces moved as it was locked up. Difficult to describe a three-dimensional complex item over the phone. The answers were Sound and there was enough patience while we were trying to understand and then do what Adam was asking.
