I went to Mayo (askadoctor) with a complicated question and was immediately attended by a health professional who ask me detailed questions regarding my issue. After the info was accumulated, I was referred to a physician who thoughtfully acknowledged all the info I offered and then listed multiple options for me to apply. I felt as though he was my personal physician. I am so very appreciative!
