All my questions were answered appropriately and I will follow the advice given

Dr. Li was excellent. She put us both on speaker phone and answered our questions carefully and thoroughly. She added our names and called us by them. She added some humor and reassured my husband that things were going smoothly. She gave us instructions as to what medicine to take and then sent that via the chat as well. Our thanks to Dr. Li.

First, they don't really give any valuable advice. I was connected to someone who hardly spoke English and whose best advice was "call 811, it's hard to say anything over the phone". Second, his description of 811 service was highly inaccurate. Finally, it is not $2. It is more than $100. For this money I could have arranged a home visit.
