Deceptive practice of signing up to membership without telling you.

I was able to get a solid answer to an urgent health question when none of my local doctors were available to help. Took my panic down to calm and able to deal with my problem, and even offered a little extra help I wasn't expecting.

It was nice to talk to Dr Roberts he was very kind and understood my concerns and gave me good advice, I appreciate him taking time to visit with me so again thank you
