Extremely Disappointing Experience

I strongly regret purchasing from this company. I waited six months for my coffee table, only to be told that the available stock was damaged and the item had been discontinued, so they could not fulfill my order. After making a customer wait for six months, this is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the sofa I purchased arrived with black stains. Between the excessive delay, the disappointing product condition, and the overall experience, I have completely lost confidence in this company. Based on my personal experience, I would advise other customers to think carefully before ordering. A company should respect its customers' time, provide products in acceptable condition, and communicate problems much sooner rather than leaving customers waiting for months.

We sincerely apologize for your experience and completely understand your disappointment. At Ashary’s, we take great pride in the quality of our furniture and the experience we provide our customers. We always do our best to make things right, and we're truly sorry we fell short of your expectations. Regarding your coffee table, unfortunately, the remaining stock did not pass our final quality inspection, and the design has since been discontinued. Rather than deliver a piece that wasn't in perfect condition, we made the decision not to release it. However, we completely acknowledge that the delay and communication could have been handled much better. Regarding your sofa, we understand that some staining was noted upon delivery, and we're sorry about this as well. Our customer service team has been in touch with you directly, and we're actively working to address this and ensure it's taken care of appropriately. We genuinely value the trust our customers place in us, and your experience is certainly not a reflection of the standards we strive to maintain. We hope you'll allow us the opportunity to turn this experience around and restore your confidence in Ashary’s. Thank you again for your patience and for giving us the opportunity to make things right. Ashary's Team
