Avoid Ascend Real Estate and Property…
Avoid Ascend Real Estate and Property Management. They have no sense of urgency and will play phone tag with you and let you be without electricity for a week. HORRIBLE.

Hi Kiara, we’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating electrical issues can be. After receiving your maintenance request, our team promptly assigned a licensed electrician and began coordinating access. We were initially informed that the vendor had difficulty reaching you to schedule, so to avoid any further delays, we provided you directly with the electrician’s contact information. We also followed up with the vendor to ensure they reconnect and move the scheduling forward as quickly as possible. We understand your concern regarding the timing, and while power remained available to the majority of the home and essential appliances, we take this matter seriously and are actively working toward resolution. Our team also spoke with your household to address the situation, answer questions, and ensure clear next steps. At no point is it our intention to delay or create frustration, and we remain committed to resolving maintenance concerns as efficiently as possible. If there are any additional concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our office directly.
