Pretty straight forward. Fill out form. Drag & drop document. The box with special/unique/difficult words to be translated is a little confusing. Particularly if you are not the original author of the document.

Scamm-ish - money milking. Overpriced yet poor quality translation (they even translate names ). They don't deliver outside the US yet they still accept payments for delivery even when a foreign address is provided, only for then profusely apologizing when they cannot deliver abroad, offering additional unwanted services (e.g. notarization) to make up for you having already disbursed your money.

The translation is of good quality and meet the timelines. Impressive.
