So far so great

Order and delivery went seamlessly. Everything was on point and everyone was polite. Pickup was not so smooth. It was delayed by about 6 days which was annoying but there seemed to be a lack of communication or ability to get me an ETA until I got upset. Customer service on the back end was a little shaky. Other then that, it was excellent and I would use them again.

Customer service is very good. The email follow ups about what was rented is not good. The email I get from ASAP makes me question authenticity. In today’s world there should be no links and standard business fonts! I would recommend ASAP to friends and family!

Very clean and very great delivery person very expensive but what isn't these days

ASAP did a great job. Almost perfect. Just some minor miscommunications.

They did a good job; brought the dumpster on the day they said they would, great customer service only would like a phone call when in route to location. I have used ASAP before and I will use again.

STILL USING ,BUT SERVICE HAS BEEN GOOD.
