I purchased a frame in April of 2024. After a power failure, the frame no longer worked. I contacted customer service and after a few e-mails they agreed to send a new frame.

Great monitor, delivery quickly. Really enjoy it.

The product was defective and support took 4 days to respond to 3 emails. Still haven’t received any information on how to get a replacement or process a refund.

Scammed with the price, and they didnt want to help in anyway. On other platform the device was way cheaper, strange since on there own website they had 60% discount.

All went well with the monitor at first untill the stand decided to snap shut in this process the screen fell over once turned back on the screen broken ive had mobile phones fall from a higher height than this customer service is very slow takes them over 24hrs to reply every single time they well not even replace under warranty all they do is say is 15% off your next monitor no thank you your monitors arnt worth the amount your asking for

Unfortunately the shipping service was not able to develiver my package due to their incompetence. After 2 attempts of develivery Arzopa refunded me with no issue. Communication was fast and profesional.
