BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! They scam people. They advertise that you may return for a full refund and then charge $63.53 for the UPS return of a 5# package from Ohio to Connecticut, as well as a $13.28 return fee. My item was returned in the original packaging with all components and shrink wrap still in place. Very unethical company.

Glass arrived broken but they replaced it right away. Beautiful frame and great service. UPS claim follow up was a bit of a pain but not their fault.

I have two of these frames that I ordered previously and ordered two more to add to my collection in my office. They have changed the finish, and these frames are really not gold. I did contact customer service expecting to receive a refund and they refused. Do not order these expecting a gold frame. The ones I received do not look like the ones I had ordered prior and I am stuck with frames I cannot use.
