Hi Shnji Thanks for the review, and sorry to hear about the delay in getting your order to you. This is not the service level we aim for. We use various couriers to ship our items based on the location of our customers and the items that we ship. Based on your feedback we will monitor the quality of deliveries from USPS to make sure they are up to the standard we require for our customers. Kind regards, The ARTSABERS Team

Hi Michael, Thanks for getting in touch and leaving a review. And also sorry for the late response to your review. Checking the system I can see that your item was delivered 3 days after your review was posted. The last email correspondence we had with you on 20th April stated that you should get a tracking number in that week indicating that the order was on its way. I'm glad you received the item as we indicated in our correspondence and we hope you are enjoying your Darth Maul duel saber. Kind regards The ARTSABERS Team
