Terrible customer service.

Had to email numerous times before order was shipped. This has happened on numerous occasions. This was the last shot. Unfortunately, the products were not bad. Wish I could say the same for their responsiveness.

Worst experience ever. Wouldn’t buy dirt from them.

The best hand sanitizer! It does not leave a sticky feel on the hands. No strong smell of the alcohol.

I’ll never do business with you again. I ordered one of your 2 for the price of one specials and then waited forever while you sent me ONLY ONE item. Then after I emailed multiple times, I finally received the other item but no discount, no apology, nothing for all the stress and extra time I spent trying to get what I had already paid for. You used to be a great company to do business with, but, something clearly happened.

I love Art Naturals shampoo. I use the Luxe one because my hair has started thinning. My hair has more body but remains soft and manageable.

It’s okay - you get what you pay for w the essential oils.
