You sold me contaminated sanitizer. Can't even get a refund...guess my attorney needs to get involved.

I ordered hand sanitizer toward the beginning of the pandemic because art naturals said they would ship it the next day with "IN STOCK!!" materials. Two months after placing my order it still hadn't shipped and customer service was giving me the run around. When I received the product finally it smelled disgusting. I had ordered unscented and it had a very strong tea tree oil scent and was not the gel I had ordered and was a very watery liquid. I was very disappointed that they weren't honest about their product, shipping took forever, and the wrong product was sent.

Great products. Excellent customer service.

Your product smells terrible! No way I could have used it. I will never purchase any of your product again.

Delayed shipping. Totally non-responsive to messages asking for order updates.
