My order qualified for free shipping, but they wouldn't ship it using my preferred carrier. When I asked UPS why the brokerage fees were so high, they informed me that they were collecting delivery fees on behalf of the seller, NOT so free, on $450US order. In response to company’s response more than a year later I might add. I’m quite happy to provide anyone with my order number and proof of purchase. Also, the review process that the company employs ONLY allows positive reviews and wouldn’t report the actual rendition of events. Very unscrupulous business practices.

Gentlemen Artizan, you are the worst company of thieves!! They never responded to my messages to my complaints, my ring never arrived and to complete one of the pieces that managed to arrive, I put it on twice and it started to change the color...I will never recommend them, they are rats!!! They filled my patience!! Answer me!!! What do you have to say!

Coffee is great organic alternative to nespresso. A tad pricey, but worth it.

Love the coffee and service and the fact that their coffee is organic is the primary reason I order from Artizan.

I love Artizan coffe. I love that they are free trade and help communities. I love the flavor of the coffee. White Rhino is my favorite. I also love giving Nestle the finger.
